01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vv999 ("vv999", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the vv999 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at vv999.bio and any associated domains, subdomains, mobile versions, or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any specific game rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and any other supplementary guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — between you and vv999 in relation to your use of the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the vv999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vv999 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a commercial entity for the purpose of systematic arbitrage or professional wagering operations that violate these Terms.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and you are the sole beneficial owner of the funds in your account.
• You have not previously been excluded from vv999 or self-excluded via our Responsible Gaming tools.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

vv999 is committed to verifying the age and identity of all players through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time during your account lifecycle to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of vv999 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration on vv999 is free of charge. You may hold only one (1) active account per person. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid, active mobile number registered in your name (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions)
• A valid email address that you actively monitor
• Your date of birth (to confirm you are 18 years of age or older)
• A secure password of your choosing, which you must keep confidential at all times

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vv999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via the Account Settings section of the Platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vv999 customer support immediately at [email protected]. vv999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vv999 may request identity and/or address verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Accepted documents include: National ID Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification. All documents must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible. vv999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vv999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vv999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your vv999 wallet instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vv999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and any active bonus wagering requirements must have been fulfilled in full.
• vv999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of our fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vv999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• vv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
• In the event of conflicting bonus terms, the most recently published version on the Platform shall take precedence.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts closed, and any associated winnings forfeited.

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the vv999 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or event rules. The following general principles apply across all vv999 betting products:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.
• For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), vv999 follows standard ICC match and event definitions. Abandoned or interrupted matches are settled in accordance with official governing body rulings.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to network latency. vv999 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per event are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market and event.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on vv999 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules are available within the game interface.
• Results in RNG (Random Number Generator) games are produced by independently tested and certified algorithms. vv999 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, affected rounds may be voided. vv999 will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. vv999 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where vv999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

07 Responsible Gaming

vv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit in BDT.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum duration for each gaming session. vv999 will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vv999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal or unlawful activities, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, market, promotional offer, or technical system on the Platform in a manner not intended by vv999.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner, unless explicitly authorised in writing by vv999.
• Colluding with other players, sharing accounts, or engaging in chip-dumping or match-fixing activities.
• Attempting to access, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's underlying software, servers, or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that vv999 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or threatening towards vv999 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

vv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where vv999 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player is or becomes ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., due to age, jurisdiction, or self-exclusion status).
• vv999 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or the directive of a competent authority.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your vv999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided no compliance holds are in place. Any outstanding active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their respective outcomes.

9.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by vv999 — you will no longer be able to access your account or any associated balance. Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending compliance reviews.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vv999 Platform — including but not limited to the vv999 logo, brand name, graphical interface, design elements, written content, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from vv999.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform.
• Use the vv999 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an unauthorised association with vv999.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means without vv999's explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of vv999's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable laws and will be pursued accordingly. Third-party game content displayed on vv999 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and is subject to their own licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vv999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

vv999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your vv999 account at the time the claim arose.

vv999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Platform or its content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vv999 and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vv999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without formal notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current conditions governing your use of vv999. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 above. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already placed or transactions already completed prior to the effective date of the update.
